How many people can I add?
The Manager plan includes up to 3 seats. The Team plan is unlimited, with no per-seat fees.
Can I control what each person sees?
Yes. Inspectors only see the properties assigned to them, teammates can oversee the full portfolio, and admins manage the account and team access.
How do teammates get set up?
Invite them by email, set their access level, and they're inspecting the same day. No training, no implementation period.
Can two people work on the same portfolio?
