myInspections includes 3 annotation tools: freehand drawing, arrows, and rectangles. You can also choose a color from the palette, adjust the brush size, undo annotations one step at a time, or reset the photo completely and start again.
Will annotated photos appear in my inspection report?
Yes. Annotated photos appear exactly as you marked them in both the digital report and any PDF you export. What you draw is what your client or landlord sees. No extra steps required.
Can I annotate a photo after the inspection is done?
Annotations are added during the inspection itself using the mobile app. If you need to mark something up after the fact, you can duplicate the inspection or start a follow-up.
Can I undo an annotation if I make a mistake?
Yes. Tap undo to step back one annotation at a time. If you want to clear everything and start fresh on that photo, tap reset to remove all marks at once.
