While you're on-site, tap any photo in the inspection to open the annotation view.
2. Choose a colour
Pick from the colour palette to make your marks stand out against the photo.
3. Adjust the brush size
Set the size to suit the level of detail — fine for small defects, broader for larger areas.
4. Draw directly on the photo
Circle damage, box off an area, or drop an arrow on the exact spot. Freehand, rectangle, and arrow tools are all one tap away.
5. Add notes to the photo
Type a note to go with your marks. The annotated photo and any notes are saved to that area in the inspection and appear in the report automatically.
