- your browser session and geo-location data, device and network information, statistics on page views and sessions, acquisition sources, search queries and/or browsing behaviour;
- information about your access and use of our App and website including through the use of Internet cookies, your communications with our App, Ip address, the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using and the domain name of your Internet service provider;
- additional personal information that you provide to us, directly or indirectly, through your use of our App, associated websites, applications, and/or accounts from which you permit us to collect information; and
- any other personal information requested by us and/or provided by you or a third party.
We may collect these types of personal information directly from you or third parties.

- to facilitate the creation and signing of property condition reports;
- to contact and communicate with you;
- for internal record keeping and administrative purposes;
- for analytics, market research and business development, including operating and improving our App;
- to offer additional benefits to you;
- for any purpose necessary or reasonably incidental to the provision of access to the App, website and associated services to you, which may include marketing or promotional purposes;
- to comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have;
By using the App and disclosing personal information to myInspections, you understand and agree that provision by you to myInspections of requested information is necessary for you to make use of the App, the website and the associated services and that failure to provide all requested information may mean that you are not able to utilise the App, the website and associated services fully, or utilise the App, the website and associated services to any extent. You consent to this sharing of your information with others when you use the App, the website or associated applications.

If you are using our mobile app, you can also delete your account directly by navigating to Settings > Account > Account Deletion. Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal information from our systems. Please note that we may retain certain information where we are required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or to resolve disputes).
Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our email database or opt out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact us using the details below or opt out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication.
Storage and security
Data retention: We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active. If you do not request deletion of your account and data, we will hold your personal information indefinitely in order to maintain your records and enable you to resume use of the App at any time.
We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

myInspections (including its related bodies corporate and associated entities) collects data with respect to your browsing activity on and use of the App and website. This data is aggregated and used for the purpose of improving the usability of the App, the website and associated services for you and for other users.
Though data collected from App and website tracking is aggregated, it may be associated with your personal information if you have an Account or if you register for an account in the future.
