What does a myInspections PDF report include?
The cover has the property's photo, the inspection details, and a QR code that opens the live digital report. Inside is a summary of each area's condition, then every area's photos and notes, an optional maintenance appendix, and any signatures.
Can I choose how the cover looks?
Yes. Choose and customize your PDF cover in your report settings, and every PDF you generate uses it. The property's photo goes on it, on every plan. See how to customize your reports.
What can I customize on each plan?
Every plan can choose and customize its PDF cover, show the property's photo on it, and turn the maintenance appendix on or off. On the Plus plan and above, you can also add your logo, brand color, company name, phone, and email, which replace the myInspections branding. See how to brand your reports.
Do photos and videos work in the PDF?
Photos appear inside the report. Every photo and video also links to its full-size version in the digital report, so a video plays with one tap.
Can I regenerate a PDF after making changes?
Yes. The PDF always matches the latest version of the report, so edit the inspection and your next download reflects it. Earlier versions stay viewable in the report's version history.
