How long are my inspections stored?
Free accounts include 12 months of cloud storage. Paid plans include unlimited storage with no automatic removal. We'll always give you plenty of notice before any data is removed.
Can I access my inspections from any device?
Yes. Finalized inspections are available from any device you're signed into. Free users access past inspections via the mobile app, and paid plan users can also view and manage their full history from the web dashboard.
What happens if I cancel my paid subscription?
Your inspections remain accessible for another 12 months after your subscription ends. We won't remove your data without warning, so you'll always get plenty of notice.
Can I download my inspection data?
Yes. Export a copy of any inspection at any time, as a PDF report or as raw inspection data. It's straightforward to keep local records or move to another system if you ever need to.
Who can access a shared report link?
Only the people you share the link with, on any device, no login required. For paid subscribers, shared links stay active for the life of your subscription.
