On any paid plan, storage is unlimited and we keep every inspection for as long as you're subscribed. The Free plan keeps everything for 12 months.
What's in an inspection export?
One zip with the PDF report, every original photo and video, a plain-text (markdown) summary, and structured JSON data. We email it to you within a few minutes.
Can I export many inspections at once?
Yes, on every plan. In the web dashboard, filter your inspections by date, property, inspection type, or inspector, pick the ones you need, and we'll email you a download link for their PDF reports.
Can I access my inspections from any device?
Yes. Your inspections are in the app on any device you're signed into, and you can view and manage your full history from the web dashboard on every plan.
What happens if I cancel my paid subscription?
