Those templates can be reused across any property in your portfolio. When setting up a property, you can lay out all the areas in advance and attach the relevant checklist to each one, or simply build it out as you walk through your first inspection.

How do I set up the layout for a property's report?

There are a few ways to do it. If you just want to get started, the layout builds itself as you walk through the first inspection: add each area as you go and the report follows that structure. If you prefer to set things up in advance, you can pre-build the property layout on the web app before the inspection starts, adding each area and attaching the relevant checklist templates. Or, if you manage properties with similar layouts, you can create a property template and apply it to a new property at any time, either before the inspection or when you arrive on-site.

How quickly can I run my first inspection?

Inspectors only see the properties assigned to them, Teammates can oversee the full portfolio, and Admins manage the account and team access.
